Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 2026
1. Our current position
Vecti is working toward a stronger WCAG 2.1 AA posture across its web and mobile surfaces, but we do not currently claim full conformance.
We publish this statement so users can see the current state honestly rather than infer accessibility posture from marketing language alone.
2. What improved in the current audit slice
- skip-to-content links now exist on the main web shells
- web focus-visible and reduced-motion support are now explicit
- sampled web navigation now exposes
aria-current - sampled mobile onboarding, sign-in, paywall, help, subscription, digest, and HMRC entry controls now carry better labels and hints
- sampled web decorative icons and some form-label bindings were tightened
3. Known gaps
Known gaps still include:
- broader mobile screen-by-screen accessibility coverage outside the sampled seams
- deeper dialog and modal focus-management verification
- wider verification of form labeling and decorative-icon handling across the full authenticated web surface
This means some assistive-technology flows may still be rough or incomplete in parts of the product.
4. Scope of this statement
This statement covers:
- the public Vecti website
- the authenticated web product
- the current Vecti mobile app surface
It reflects repo-owned work and internal audit follow-up as of April 2026. It is not a substitute for an external accessibility audit or certification.
5. Feedback and support
If you hit an accessibility problem, email support@vecti.co.uk and include:
- the page or screen
- the device and browser or mobile platform
- the assistive technology you were using, if any
- what you were trying to do
